Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ray DSH Email Agent. By authorizing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Ray DSH Email Agent uses an authorized Gmail account to send Animation Studio production notifications and selected attachments to a configured recipient. The service is provided as a focused utility and may be changed or discontinued.

2. Authorization and your responsibility

You must authorize only a Google Account you control or are permitted to use. You are responsible for the recipients, content, and attachments configured for delivery, and for keeping access to the operator workstation secure. You can revoke Google access at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to:

  • send spam, deceptive messages, harassment, or unlawful content;
  • violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or contractual rights;
  • attempt unauthorized access to a Google Account, recipient, system, or network;
  • interfere with the app, Gmail, or any related service; or
  • use the app in a way that violates Google's terms or applicable law.

4. Availability and disclaimer

The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Delivery can be delayed or fail because of network conditions, Google service availability, expired or revoked authorization, attachment limits, or other technical conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties, express or implied, including warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free delivery.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, missed notifications, or delivery failures arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if continued operation creates a security or legal risk, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using the app at any time and revoke its Google access. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. The updated date above will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
